Polyaspartic Garage Floor Coating

Alan bought this home that was about 10 years old.  Before he and his wife moved in, they had us do the garage floor and install some garage cabinets.  The floor was stained and a little dirty, but otherwise was in fairly good shape.  He had a 2 step stair going into the house which they decided to leave wood, but we did the rest of the garage.  Notice in the first picture that we use a 20" diamond grinder and vacuum system. Upon grinding, the concrete will turn white.

Pole Barn/Workshop Floor Coating

Jeff had this 1800 square foot pole barn built for his workshop and toy storage at his home.  He contracted us to coat the floor with polyaspartic to protect the floor from fluids and chemicals from his equipment and play toys.  He obviously wanted it to stay nice looking for years to come as well.  We just started grinding in the Before picture below.  You can see the darker floor color which largely was a cure and seal product that we had to grind off.  It took a couple passes to get it all prepped.  We finished it with 3 coats of polyaspartic and full flake in the Tuxedo color, which is black and white flake.
